- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Great dentist but need to be more up front with what insurance will pay. I was told one price and was billed for nearly double what I was told. Come to find out there office in not in my network but was not told this up front. I was told it says that on there website. Dr Platt was very gentle and professional just feel his office help needs a little more training or to just be up front and honest.I called the office to talk about the issue and was offered a 10% discount and told 99% of the time this does not happen. Once again I am getting certified letters from Dr platts office to pay balance owed. This was after paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket and was told my insurance will cover the rest just to be told " sorry! We don't except That insurance.
