- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪FRAUD! My insurance was charged twice! No lab cost, testing or prescribed medication. They were taking money out of my account by making up electronic checks for two months straight without my consent. I had to get a new checking account to stop this. I am working with my insurance now to get this resolved and file a complaint on this facility. I have been charged over $1,000 just to be told nothing was wrong with me. I went to my primary doctor and ended up having acid reflux! The staff is not all that great. As I'm reading the reviews I'm guessing that maybe these are friends or family memebers, because I waited a long time before I was seen and I was the only one there at the time!
