- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Would never use again or recommend. Compassionate. ...right The female dentist kept telling me (a male patient) to 'man up' and stop crying after she cut my Nitrous sedation off 1/2 the way through the procedure. I kept begging for it back and she said they 'ran out' that day during the procedure. I found out the real reason they cut me off when there was 3 people waiting for my chair at the end and they wanted me awake and alert (albeit crying) by the end of the procedure so they could rush another victim into my chair without hesitation. When I finally told them I wasn't about to pay for sedation that they didn't give me they demanded I pay more (thats right - MORE money) and after a ping pong contest lasting nearly an hour the dentist assistant told me they would call the police and I would be "arrested" by the Tyler Police Department unless I paid for the Nitrous sedation I never received. I finally paid to keep from going to jail and when I returned for the followup visit they refused to serve me, returned my money, and told me never to be seen in their office again and I gladly complied. I was discussing this event the other night to a girl from work and she freaked out when telling me nearly the "exact" same thing happened to her while at the "ROY SMITH" dental clinic. My event was about 2 years ago, but I'm having the work they did redone now for the second time and ran across their website and was again horrified at the propaganda there that duped me into traveling to their office for the work I had done. The site has you believe these are the most compassionate people on the planet, and they are (from my experience) the most hateful cruel medical personnel I've ever met in this or any other country. For the love of humanity, don't fall for the loving warm media introduction on their site and find yourself another dentist. These people are heartless cruel creeps.February 14, 2017by A Google User
